The Symphony of Life, Miri Orchestra and Choir Society (MOCS) is a non-profit
organisation that was first mooted in 1994 and was registered
in 2002. The main objective of the MOCS is to promote the love
a team effort of music among its members and the public. To achieve this
objective, MOCS has organised numerous music workshops
as well as public and private concerts. The current mission
of the society is to have a sustainable fully-fledged orchestra
and choir to complement Miri as a Resort City.
SMB Chung Hua Orchestra Group delivered world-class standard
performance during the Miri City Day celebration 2009.
