INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
To ensure that the scope of registration for the IMS were complied, internal audit were carried out in March and
September 2016. Twelve (12) management review meeting were carried out to monitor, analyze, evaluate and
seek ways to improve the processes and to continually meeting the speciied objectives.
IMS Recertiication Audit was conducted by Intertek Certiication International Sdn Bhd from the 9-May-2016
to 11-May-2016. The Recertiication Audit was unconditionally continued.
Four (4) Stress Management sessions were conducted for 165 Sibu Water Board staffs.
The Malaysia Airport Sdn Bhd staffs visited Sibu Water Board and were briefed by OHSAS MR, Mr. Pius Apin
on the OHSAS practice.
