1.3. KATEGORI KESALAHAN
1.3.1. Terdapat dua (2) kategori kesalahan tatatertib yang melibatkan 2 tatacara
utama pengurusan tindakan tatatertib iaitu:-
1) Salah laku yang membolehkan pegawai dihukum dengan
hukuman selain daripada buang kerja atau turun
pangkat yang disenarai bawah Kaedah 15 (1) Kaedah-
Kaedah Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Awam(KKSPA),
1996; dan
2) Salah laku yang membolehkan pegawai dihukum dengan
hukuman buang kerja atau turun pangkatyang
disenarai bawah Kaedah 15 (2)Kaedah-Kaedah
Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Awam, 1996.
1.3.2. Jenis-jenis kesalahan dibawahKaedah 15(1) Kaedah-Kaedah
Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Awam,1996 .
β(a) breach of General Orders 153 (3), 154(1), 157,
158,167,168, 170,177, 178 and 179 of the General
Orders;
(b) breach of the code of conduct of officers stipulated in
paragraphs (c),(d),(e),(g),(h),(l) and (m) of General
Order 153(4);
(c) breach of any of the provision in Chapter II, III and IV of
the General Order relating to respectively Official Duty
allowances, leave and government Quarters and Office
Building; and
(d) breach or contravention of any standing orders,
Government Circulars or office instructions issued
pursuant to section 4 of theState Public Service
(Conditions of Service) Ordinance, 1994.β
1.3.3. Jenis-jenis kesalahan dibawahKaedah 15(2) Kaedah-Kaedah
Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Awam, 1996 :-
βAll other acts of misconduct or breach of the General Orders shall be
deemed to be misconduct or breach of discipline which renders a public
officer liable to dismissal or reduction in rank.β
1.3.4. Kesalahan bawah kategori Kaedah 15(2) Kaedah-Kaedah Suruhanjaya
Perkhidmatan Awam 1996 adalah seperti kesalahan dibawah Perintah
Am 153 (4) (a),(b),(f),(i),(j),(k),(n) dan (o), Perintah Am 155, 156, 159,
160, 163, 164, 165, 166, 169, 171 dan 172 Perintah-Perintah Am
Perkhidmatan Awam Negeri, 1996 .

Orders;
