Department Of The Premier Of Sarawak
The Department Of The Premier Of Sarawak is responsible for the State Public Services (PANS) as a whole. The Department Of The Premier Of Sarawak is led by the State Secretary who reports directly to the Premier Sarawak. The State Secretary is assisted by three Deputy State Secretaries.

|1||Provide responses to the public complaints or enquiries through Talikhidmat system within 1 working days.|
|2||Provide feedback to all request for advice on matters related to protocol within three (3) working days.|
|3||Vacancies under the jurisdiction of the State Secretary filled in within thirty (30) working days after the screening.|
|4||Complete the transfer / distribution of the agencies that apply within three (3) working days to complete documents and meet all the requirements.|
|5||Informed the client agencies on the list of development project funded by the State within fourteen (14) working days upon approval by the Sarawak State Cabinet (MMKN).|
