The Department Of The Premier Of Sarawak is responsible for the State Public Services (PANS) as a whole.  The Department Of The Premier Of  Sarawak is led by the State Secretary who reports directly to the Premier Sarawak.  The State Secretary is assisted by three Deputy State Secretaries.

Client's Charter

1 Provide responses to the public complaints or enquiries through Talikhidmat system within 1 working days.
2 Provide feedback to all request for advice on matters related to protocol within three (3) working days.
3 Vacancies under the jurisdiction of the State Secretary filled in within thirty (30) working days after the screening.
4 Complete the transfer / distribution of the agencies that apply within three (3) working days to complete documents and meet all the requirements.
5 Informed the client agencies on the list of development project funded by the State within fourteen (14) working days upon approval by the Sarawak State Cabinet (MMKN).
