This applicant is required to provide certified true copy of the following supporting document:
- A copy of applicant’s identity card
- Sarawak ID account
- Academic Certificate
- Professional Bodies Certificate
- Resume / Curriculum Vitae
- Employment Confirmation Letter (if any)
- Company Registration Information, Form 49 and Form 24 (if any)

A citizen who is going to submit submission of land development to State Planning Authority for consideration
