  1. Applicant must have Sarawak ID Account
  2. Applicant is required to prepare certified supporting documents as follows:
    1. Copy of applicant's, Spouse's, and next of kin's NRICs
    2. Copy of land title/confirmation document of land status/rental agreement letter/Land use permission letter
    3. Project proposal (if any)
