For farmer who wants to register with Department of Agriculture Sarawak or Department of Veterinary Sarawak
- A citizen who has attained the age of 18 years old and resides in the area of operation of this establishment; and
- Participate in agricultural and livestock production and downstream processing or earn income from agriculcural and livestock production or dominate any of the factors of agricultural, fisheries, livestock production and downstream processing in Sarawak.
The applicant is required to provide the following supporting document :
- A copy of applicant’s identity card or passport number
- SarawakID account
- Copy of land titles
- Copy of MyGAP and MyOrganic certificates
- Copy of licenses, contract or agreement
