For public to renew as a Qualified Person with Ministry of Natural Resources and Urban Development

This applicant is required to provide certified true copy of  the following supporting document:
  1. A copy of applicant’s identity card
  2. Sarawak ID account
  3. Academic Certificate
  4. Professional Bodies Certificate
  5. Resume / Curriculum Vitae
  6. Employment Confirmation Letter (if any)
  7. Company Registration Information, Form 49 and Form 24 (if any)
  8. Renewed certificate of Professional Bodies, Proof of Renewal Form and Receipt (if any)

A citizen who is going to submit submission of land development for State Planning Authority consideration
RM 100.00 upon application is approved
