Application for Certification under Planting Materials Authentication Scheme (SPBT)

Individual or private nurseries who wants to apply for SPBT certification with Department of Agricultural Sarawak
The applicant is required to provide the following supporting document:
  1. A copy of applicant's identity card or passport number
  2. Sarawak ID account
  3. Copy of Land Titles
  4. Copy of Licenses, Contract or Agreement (if any)
The service is available online.
A citizen who resides in the area of operation of this Establishment; and currently active in prodicong planting materials.
