The Senior Citizen Health Benefit is a Sarawak government initiative that provides cashless outpatient treatment at Panel Clinics, with an annual maximum limit of RM500.00 per person.

Malaysian citizen with an identity card bearing the "K" status;
Aged 60 years and above;
Household income of RM7,000.00 or below per month; and
Not receiving outpatient treatment financing/protection from any other agency.
The applicant is required to provide the following supporting document :
A copy of applicant’s identity card
Borang Pengesahan Pendapatan dan Tidak Mendapat Pembiayaan/Perlindungan yang Serupa form, must be verified by the Community Leader / Community Head / Grade A Officer. Please download the form HERE.
