The Sumbangan Keperluan Asas Sarawak (SKAS) is a financial assistance program for low-income groups through digital vouchers, which can be accessed via the S Pay Global Application (e-wallet) for purchasing basic food items. Eligible Sarawakians holding a K identification card can make online application for SKAS 2025 starting 1 February to 31 March 2025. The result will be announced in Q3 2025.
A Sarawakian holding K identification card and residing in Sarawak
Application for SKAS 2025 are divided into three (3) categories as follows:
Category 1: Household (Isi Rumah)
Married, or
Single parent/widow/widower with children below 21 years old;
Monthly gross income of RM5,000 or below; and
No age limit
Category 2: Single (Bujang)
Single, or
Widow/widower/divorcee without dependent;
Monthly gross income of RM2,500 or below;
Age between 21-59 years old; or
Single persons with Disabilities (PWD) aged 19 and below; and
Not a full-time student of IHL.
Category 3: Senior Citizens (Warga Emas) without spouse or children
Single or single Widow/Widower/Divorcee without children below 21 years old;
Monthly gross income of RM5,000 or below; and
Age 60 and above.
